A woman was found dead inside a DeKalb County apartment Monday and investigators were unsure how she died, police said.
An acquaintance found the woman, whose name was not released, inside an apartment at the Highlands at East Atlanta complex in the 2000 block of Flat Shoals Road, according to police.
The Medical Examiner will determine how the woman died and whether it is a criminal investigation, DeKalb police spokeswoman Mekka Parish said.
