Jaden and Willow Smith, the 16- and 14-year-old children of actors Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, gave an "exclusive joint" interview to the New York Times' T Magazine that almost everyone agrees is the craziest interview of all time.

Topics of discussion include the unknowability of time, the duality of the human mind, "the melancholiness of the ocean" and much more.

For example: The first question was, "What have you been reading?" Willow said, "Quantum physics. Osho." Jaden said, “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” and ancient texts; things that can’t be pre-dated."

"Every Single Thing About This Jaden and Willow Smith Interview Is Nuts," declared Gawker's Jordan Sargent, who wrote: "There's nothing more I can add to it. Please read the entire thing because these two children are both literally and figuratively our future."

There were a few things to add. The Daily Dot's Cooper Fleishman turned the sit-down into a "Shakespearean interview," the lines broken into iambic petameter; while a host of news outlets gave us the 5, 6 and 11 weirdest, really deep and/or most enlightening moments from the piece.

"It is 2014," wrote Mashable's Max Knoblauch. "What a time to be alive."
