Whitefield Academy will welcome Lt. Col. Chris LeCraw, United States Air Force (retired) and Capt. Christian Cuthbert, United States Army Reserve to the school’s fourth annual Veterans Day Chapel. Guest speakers will discuss why celebrating Veterans Day is more important than ever. During the chapel, there also will be a Presentation of the Colors by Boy Scout Troop 554 and performances of “Armed Forces Medley” and “The Star Spangled Banner” by the Lower School Chorale and Fifth Grade Choir. Upper School student body president Everett Pollard and Middle School student body president Jared Jones will share patriotic readings. This takes place at Whitefield Academy Athletic Center, 1 Whitefield Drive, Mableton, at 9 a.m. Nov. 8.
