Motorcycle Trooper Greg Ulrich stopped a vehicle in the northbound lanes of State Route 167, Trooper Rick Johnson said. The vehicle was in the carpool lane and had a presidential passenger – a large Donald Trump head cutout attached to the passenger side headrest.

It's unclear whether the driver had a heated debate with the trooper before proclaiming that the HOV lane was "rigged."
