An Oklahoma police officer had to get creative when he responded to a call of a wayward miniature donkey nicknamed Squishy.

Upon finding the animal wandering on a rural road, Norman police officer Kyle Canaan used feed, and some pushing and pulling to coax the animal into the back seat of his patrol car. According to The Associated Press, Canaan said that the small animal fit perfectly in the back seat once the window was rolled down.

The woman who reported the roaming donkey to police says she will keep the donkey if an owner does not step forward.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
