"We have received several complaints from the public that this little varmint is held up in a hole, warm and toasty," the post said.

The post goes on to say that you should not approach Phil as he is armed and dangerous.

"He told several people that winter would last 6 more weeks, however he failed to disclose that it would consist of snow!" the post said.

The post ends with the request that you call Merrimack Police so that they can take Phil into custody.
