Police arrested a woman from Johnstown after they said they found drugs and drug paraphernalia inside her child's toys, according to WJAC-TV.

The NBC affiliate in Johnstown reports that neighbors called police Tuesday after they saw Ashley Whisman taking off her clothes and yelling outside her home.

When officers went inside, they said they found marijuana bongs and syringes among her three-year-old son's toys, as well as garbage covering the floor and spoiled food throughout the kitchen.

Whisman's husband told WJAC their son is properly cared for and Whisman is a good mother. He said she was not drunk or high when police came to the home, but instead she was dehydrated. He also said her pants were falling off because she has lost some weight.
