Mglej was booked under Portland’s city code that makes it “unlawful for any person to expose his or her genitalia while in a public place or place visible from a public place, if the public place is open or available to persons of the opposite sex.”

The arrest happened as Portland’s annual World Naked Bike Ride was going on. Cops say they don’t arrest anyone during that event, as long as they remain on the designated route.
