Who knew you could make music with food?

A video posted by Rapture Records shows a man creating a playable record out of a flour tortilla.

The man is able to produce such a wonder in 30 minutes by etching the tortilla with a laser cutter and using audio editing software. The end result was a 30-second sound bite of "The Mexican Hat Dance."

The video notes indicate that while the tortilla would be edible after playing, it has a burnt taste.

The video has generated over a half-million views in just a few days.

The creator has posted instructions on how to make flour tortilla records on Instructables.
