A four-legged visitor this morning at a women’s clothing store in Troy left quite a mess to clean up.
Police responded at 8 a.m. to a burglar alarm at The Avenue.
The intruder - a 180-pound male deer - was still inside when officers arrived. It had trapped itself in a restroom at the rear of the store.

Officers were able to let the deer get out of the store, but it caused several hundred dollars in damages.
