A woman -- who says that she is a vampire -- is facing charges after an alleged attack on her boyfriend in St. Petersburg.

Josephine Smith was arrested for aggrevated battery with a deadly weapon after police say she attacked her boyfriend with a pair of scissors on May 26. This is not Smith's first brush with the law.

Back in 2011, Smith attacked an elderly man at an abandoned Hooter's in St. Petersburg. "Police say she told the elderly man she was a vampire then started to bite him, ripping pieces of his face off with her teeth," according to WEAR.

According to Wynn's ex-wife, Mary Ann Wynn, this isn't the first violent incident that Earl has had with Smith. Mary Ann Wynn told WEAR that her ex-husband has said Smith has told him Wynn that she will eat him. This is the same thing that she told the elderly man at Hooter's in 2011 when she bite his face, WEAR reported according to a police report. Smith served six months in jail for that incident. She was found asleep, naked, and covered in blood by police following the Hooter's incident.
