"I knew something crazy was going to happen with this ... finger cause it felt like it was falling off," Canseco tweeted Friday.

"This guy called my agent and sold him the video of my finger falling off," Canseco tweeted. "It looks kinda funny. LOL."

On Oct. 28, Canseco was cleaning his gun in the kitchen of his Las Vegas home when the weapon fired and shot off a finger on his left hand, police said. He reportedly had surgery to reattach the finger.

"My finger should have been amputated from the beginning," Canseco said Friday.
