Indeed, he was taking a bath in the fountain near Reno and Mickey Mantle in the Bricktown area of Oklahoma City.

NewsOK reports Perez told cops he was just taking a bath and using the mayonnaise as shampoo.

Since Oklahoma City has an ordinance prohibiting bathing in the canal or any fountain, Perez was arrested.

There is no ordnance against using mayo to give hair a healthy sheen, so that will be overlooked.
