Travelers through Charlotte-Douglas airport may be greeted by furry friends.

Seven therapy dogs and their handlers with the Charlotte canine crew are now walking around the airport to help relax and comfort passengers.

More popular and trending stories

The dogs wear vests that say “Pet me” on them.

They visit two to three times per month for about one to two hours.
