He’s too young to qualify, has a lengthy criminal record and smokes enough pot to make Bob Marley blush — but Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame wants to be the next president of the United States of America.

In a (warning) profanity-laden video posted Monday on RollingStone.com, Waka — whose birth name is Juaquin James Malphurs — announced that he would make good on a 2012 tweet claiming that he would run for the country's highest elected office. The 28-year-old rapper said his first act, naturally, would be to legalize marijuana.

Other big-picture initiatives mentioned in the announcement video included:

  • Banning dogs in restaurants
  • Imposing strict restrictions on people with big feet ("Anybody who got feet over size 13 cannot walk in public no more," the rapper says)
  • Teaching kids "more reality skills" ("And they gotta learn my lyrics before they get out of school," the rapper says)
  • Raising the minimum wage (He's a fan of the $15-an-hour fast food protests)

Surprisingly, there was no word on a possible presidential pardon for Gucci Mane, the fellow Atlanta rapper currently in federal prison on gun charges.
