According to Houston television station KHOU, vandals sprayed racial and political graffiti on a full-size replica of the Space Shuttle Independence.
The TV station reports visitors to Space Center Houston found the graffiti early Wednesday.
“Houston we are the problem,” was among the writing on the side of Space Shuttle Independence, KHOU reports.
According to the TV report, crews and are already working to remove the vandalism and police are investigating the incident.
