Most of the railroad crossings in the city of Norcross were blocked late Tuesday morning after a collision between a train and a truck.

The crash happened near Holcomb Bridge Road and Thrasher Street, Norcross police Capt. Brian Harr said.

Police said a truck and trailer were stuck on the train tracks, and the oncoming train was unable to stop in time.

No one was injured, police said.

According to Harr, the Holcomb Bridge Road, Autry Street and Park Street railroad crossings were closed, with only the Landford Road crossing open to traffic.

The train was hauling cars, which spilled onto the tracks, according to police.
