A 6-year-old girl seriously injured in a school bus crash in Middle Georgia has died, according to the Associated Press.

Parkwood Elementary student Arlana Hays was pronounced dead Tuesday morning at a hospital, Houston County Coroner Danny Galpin told The AP.

Four other students and the bus driver suffered minor injuries Monday afternoon when the bus overturned carrying 30 students from Parkwood and Pearl Stephens elementary schools.

The bus flipped on its side after a sharp curve on Forest Park Drive about 4:15 p.m., Warner Robins assistant police chief Maj. John Wagner told the Telegraph.

Houston County is about 110 miles southeast of Atlanta.
