One person was taken to the hospital after a crash involving a Gwinnett County Transit bus and a commercial truck, police said Wednesday morning.

The incident happened in the 6000 block of Brook Hollow Parkway, near Jimmy Carter Boulevard, police told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in an email. The call came to authorities just before 7 a.m.

The injured person was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center, according to police. The injuries were not life-threatening. It’s not clear if that person was a passenger on the bus.

The cause of the crash is not known.
