Traffic is moving again on I-20 West in Rockdale County near Ga. 138 after a tractor-trailer jackknifed and hit a median wall, Conyers police said Tuesday afternoon.

Initially, the Georgia Department of Transportation estimated lanes would not reopen until 4 p.m. However, the interstate reopened just after 1 p.m.
