Man killed in DeKalb crash

A 24-year-old man died Tuesday afternoon when his Suzuki SUV collided head-on with a dump truck, DeKalb County police said.
The incident occurred at Rogers Lake Road and Scales Road in the Lithonia area, police spokeswoman Shiera Campbell said.
