All lanes open after chase, crash on I-285 in south Fulton

Traffic is moving again in all lanes of southbound I-285 (outer loop) in south Fulton County, officials said.

A police chase ended in a crash earlier near Camp Creek Parkway, Channel 2 Action News reported. All lanes were blocked at one point. However, police activity has cleared.
