This week was full of stories that made our hearts swell with happiness, so we've picked our top three heartwarming stories of the week. Let's get this love wagon rolling.

Our third pick is all thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. An 8-year-old boy with cerebral palsy really wanted to hang out with the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies team. So they made that happen. (Via WREG)

"They decided to draft 8-year-old Charvis Brewer. He said it was his dream to be a member of his favorite basketball team. The Grizzlies had a nice little news conference with him yesterday. They gave him a contract, and of course they gave him a draft hat." (Via HLN)

Charvis also went to a game and became the youngest player ever drafted into the NBA. Congrats, bud! (Via WMC-TV)

Next we have a man who was truly in the giving Christmas spirit. Businessman Jonnie Wright dressed up as a homeless man, and any time someone gave him money, he handed them an envelope that read: (Via KCCI)

"'I'm not homeless, I'm not destitute and I'm not without a job.' Also tucked inside the envelope, a $10 bill. And the letter went on to say, 'Keep it, spend it, pay it forward, whatever your heart tells you to do.'" (Via WBAL)

Wright's message was simple: It's better to give than receive. He also donated all the money given to him to charity. Pretty awesome. (Via KTVH)

Our top pick of the week involves 12-year-old Jaxxyn Wood, who is credited with saving his entire family's lives. He was playing video games when he noticed something wasn't right. (Via WAVE)

"I was sitting there, and I smelled something really bad, like Legos on fire or something."

"Jaxxyn is the youngest of 11 siblings and was the only one awake while eight others were sleeping." (Via WKYT)

Jaxxyn woke up his sisters, and they helped wake up everyone else in the house.

Thankfully, the entire family made it out alive. He said he learned what to do because a firefighter taught his class at school. Investigators believe an ice machine malfunction caused the fire. (Via WLKY)
