4. DA seeks to revoke McIver's bond after finding gun in condo. DA Paul Howard's office filed an emergency motion after authorities searching Tex McIver's Buckhead condo found a pistol there. 5. GBI confirms remains found are missing Gwinnett mom. The remains found in Lumpkin County were that of missing Gwinnett County mother Tosha Herron, GBI officials confirmed Friday afternoon. Tosha Herron's crashed vehicle was found in October in a ravine in Lumpkin County. [Read more]
