Here are five things you need to know tonight:

1. The mayor of Chattahoochee Hills, where the massive electronic music festival TomorrowWorld was held, is now promising a thorough review of what went wrong this year. First, though, the city needs to get cars unstuck from the mud. [Read more] | [Video shows the mess and mayhem]
