1. Braves conclude business at Winter Meetings
"It was a really great Winter Meetings," Braves GM John Coppolella said after the conclusion of the four-day annual baseball gathering that resulted in a major trade. That big trade involved Shelby Miller's going to the Arizona Diamondbacks for the No. 1 overall pick from the June draft and shortstop Dansby Swanson from Vanderbilt. 4. Community groups demand Cobb County officer's termination
A coalition of community activist groups are calling for Officer Maurice Lawson's termination after he pulled over an African-American motorist last month and told him, "I don't care about your people."
