Q: What’s going on with the “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars charged with financial fraud?

— Frank Martire, Duluth

A: A federal trial is scheduled to start in April for Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice and his wife, Teresa Giudice, who face 41 counts of fraud. Teresa Giudice is one of the stars of the reality show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," which airs on Bravo. They are accused of conspiring to fraudulently obtain "millions of dollars in mortgages and other loans" from 2001-08, and then "hiding significant assets and income during two-year bankruptcy proceedings that began in 2009," according to NJ.com, a news website that covers New Jersey. Joe Giudice also has been accused of failing to file tax returns from 2004-08, according to the article. They have pleaded not guilty to all 41 charges.

Q: During the SEC Championship game, CBS showed Bo Jackson watching the game from the sideline. He was at the goal line and on his knees intently watching Auburn’s offense. Was this just for his enjoyment or did he have a specific reason for being at that location?

— Ben Wiechman, Alpharetta

A: Jackson, the former Auburn star and 1985 Heisman Trophy winner, was at there "for his enjoyment," an Auburn athletic department spokesman told Q&A on the News in an email. He said Jackson and former Auburn basketball player Charles Barkley, who is a NBA analyst for TNT, each attend "a couple" of Auburn football games a year. Jackson addressed the Tigers in the locker room after their 34-28 win over Alabama on Nov. 30.
