Texas woman hit by stray bullet while gardening

A 73-year-old Texas woman was hit by a stray bullet while she was gardening in her backyard, KSAT reported.

San Antonio police said the woman was hit in the arm just before 3 p.m. Thursday, the television station reported.

Police believe the bullet could have come from a drive-by shooting that was reported about the same time, KSAT reported.

The woman was taken to a hospital and was in stable condition, Spectrum News San Antonio reported.
