After months of searching, police arrested a man suspected of fatally shooting an Atlantan in April.

Nicholas Demario Render, 25, was arrested Monday on charges of felony murder, a felony charge of criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and and felony attempt of conspiracy to violate a controlled substance, according to Atlanta police. He was transported to Fulton County Jail.

Render is believed to be responsible for the April 29 death by shooting of Atlanta man Travis Bell Jr. at a Peachtree Valley Road NE parking deck at Allure at Brookwood apartments.

Police have been searching for since June 5 police when they secured arrest warrants charging him. After being located by the Atlanta Fugitive Unit, Render was served with outstanding arrest warrants and taken into custody, police said.
