Fire investigators were trying to determine the cause of a blaze early Wednesday that destroyed the Bulloch House Restaurant, a popular restaurant in Warm Springs.

“We don’t know how it started, but we think we know the general area where it started,” Warm Springs Fire Chief Alfons Pynenburg told the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.

The restaurant, located in an home built in the late 1800s, was a total loss, the fire chief said.
