It’s official: Georgia’s early voting totals this year increased 21 percent over the state’s previous midterm election in 2010, according to a final tally released Monday by the Secretary of State’s Office. With Friday’s early voting deadline accounted for, here’s the final breakdown heading into Election Day on Tuesday:
