A Facebook post by a single mother about spending her tax return has parents across the country talking.

The woman, Christina Knaack, posted a photo of a receipt and said: "I got back $5600 on my taxes. Instead of buying my kids the latest Jordans or fancy electronics I paid my rent for the YEAR."

Knaack posted the photo Wednesday, and as of Thursday morning, it had received almost 200,000 likes, more than 80,000 shares and nearly 25,000 comments.
