Atlanta News: Man shot eight times in College Park identified

College Park police are still looking for the person who fled Friday night from a West Fayetteville Road apartment complex after shooting an unidentified man eight times.

According to witnesses, the suspect chased the man with a gun, Channel 2 Action News reported. The armed man shot the other man once, then seven additional times after the victim was already down, the television station reported.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, according to Channel 2.
