Ever wonder what causes those annoying, involuntary eye twitches?

Well, it's actually a very common phenomenon called blepharospasm and it can be triggered by stress.

According to NYU opthalmologist Dr. Joel S. Schuman, there are several methods for relaxing to reduce stress to ultimately reduce the twitching overall.
