A former Sandy Springs resident wanted by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office on charges including rape was arrested in Jersey City Thursday morning.

The Jersey Journal reported that Lynn Settle, 37, was arrested by a task force of the U.S. Marshall. According to the news report, Settle is wanted in Fulton County on charges that include rape and aggravated assault. Details were not included in the report. Settle also had warrants out for his arrest from Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey for failing to appear in court.

The warrant from Fulton County orders Settle to be held without bail, according to the report.
