Regal to open luxury theater in Alpharetta

Regal Entertainment plans to build a luxury theater complex in Alpharetta’s Avalon development, the company announced Thursday. Regal Avalon Stadium 12 & RPX is scheduled to open in 2014. The theater will include a lounge, luxury theater seating, a table area for dining, restaurant food and drinks and traditional snacks.

Regal operates 14 theaters with 214 screens in the Atlanta market.
