Photos: Kanye West father Ray West was AJC photojournalist

Did you know that Ray West—Kanye West's father—was one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's first black photojournalists?

Some of his iconic work from the 1970s and 80s includes photos of President Ronald Reagan in 1983, a portrait of poet, novelist and civil rights activist Maya Angelou, photos of the Rev. Ralph David Abernathy and many more.
