WSB-TV has learned that Milton, Georgia police are reopening the investigation of a different man's death who once dated a high-priced call girl,  Alix Tichelman who is accused of injecting a Google executive Forrest Hayes with heroin and leaving him for dead.

Two months before Hayes' death, Tichelman had been arrested by Milton, Georgia police for biting her then-boyfriend, 53-year-old Dean Riopelle.

About two weeks after Tichelman was arrested for biting Riopelle, Riopelle died.

Capt. Shawn McCarty with the Milton, Georgia, police department says Tichelman called 911 on Sept. 6, 2013, to report that Dean Riopelle had overdosed on heroin.

McCarty says Tichelman told investigators that Riopelle had been drinking and using heroin throughout the day.

McCarty says a medical examiner concluded Riopelle did in fact die of an overdose. However, he says investigators want to take a second look to make sure they did not miss anything.

Tichelman is charged with manslaughter in the November death of Google executive Forrest Hayes.
