Herald is serving time for child endangerment, hit and run, and driving on a suspended license after an accident that hurt one of his children.

WUSA-9 reports Shenandoah County Virginia assistant prosecutor Ilona White said the deal is about two things.

One, to prevent him “from fathering more than the seven children he already has.” Second, "he needs to be able to support the children he already has when he gets out," she commented.
