According to a police report, two men in their 20s allegedly took four nail guns, worth $400 apiece, from the Coastal Farm & Ranch store in Marysville on Saturday, the Daily Herald of Everett reported.

As the men left the store and got into a Honda Civic, they were surrounded by six customers brandishing guns, the newspaper reported.

One man stood in front of the vehicle but landed on the hood of the car when the driver pulled forward, the Daily Herald reported, citing court records.

Another customer shot at the front tire on the driver’s side of the car, while a third customer aimed two shots at a rear tire, the newspaper reported.

Marysville police found the suspects' car, abandoned and with the tools inside the vehicle, about three blocks away from the store, the Daily Herald reported. There were two flat tires. Both men were arrested after a police search. They were booked into the Snohomish County Jail under investigation of first-degree theft, the newspaper reported.
