Police: Video circulating showing person on roof was not suspect

Atlanta police have said that a video circulating on social media showing a person on the roof of an unspecified building was not the suspect in the active shooter situation.

The video showed a man wearing clothes that resembled what the suspect was wearing in security footage stills that were released by police.
