Cobb County police are searching for a flasher who they say exposed himself in a crowded Target parking lot.

One shopper told police she was in her car in the parking lot on her phone and saw a man drop his shorts to expose himself.

The woman took pictures of the flasher the second time he exposed himself when a family of young kids pulled up nearby.

The woman's story and picture spread across social media quickly.

Other people who were in the parking lot say they were within a few cars of the suspect but didn't see anything until picture-taking witness warned them to get away.

Cobb County police are asking anyone who recognizes the man in the picture to call them.
