Walton Reserve is an apartment community located in Austell. The location offers convenient access to I-20. Arbor Place Mall is nearby for shopping and the Sweetwater Creek State Conservation Park and the Silver Comet Trail is nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.

The community is gated and also features a business center, a car care center, picnic area and town hall meeting area.

There are five unique floor plans offered with a host of interior features.

Units are energy-efficient and feature traditional oak kitchen cabinetry and breakfast bars.

Interior features include crown molding and 9-foot ceilings. Some units feature a built-in computer center.

Bathrooms include double sinks, vanities and garden tubs.

Community residents have access to a sparkling swimming pool and cabana with garden areas and winding sidewalks.

One amenity that will be hard to find at any other community is the "Adventure Center," a 3,000-square-foot building built with children in mind, with free after-school enrichment programs, summer camp programs and computer labs. There's also a playground on-site.

The on-site fitness center features advanced cardio equipment.
