BIGGEST SPLURGE: "Oversize feather earrings from Bebe -- considered a splurge, because I have never paid over $10 for feather earrings and these were $25. Ouch!"

A WEAKNESS: "Shoes. Some people say the eyes are the windows to the soul. I say it's the shoes." Stroud shows off her ankle cuff platform sandals from Vince Camuto which feature a basket weave upfront detailing.

A FASHION PET PEEVE: "Wearing sandals and peep-toe shoes with stockings. This is a combination that leaves me dazed and confused." Here, Stroud pairs her tiger print Jessica Simpson platform heels with black skinny jeans from Envy.

Stroud's "best find" was a 100 percent straw purse that she found at Rag-O-Rama in Little Five Points.

COLLECTIBLES: Oversize fashion rings. Stroud's large collection of rings include a gold oval ring and tiger striped ring both from Four Corners of the World. Stroud's oversized black flower ring came from Rag-O-Rama and her silver and black ring was purchased from Bakers.
