Orchard Springs Apartments

Orchard Springs Apartments is an apartment community located in Fairburn.

Bruce loves her new home in Georgia. She has a one-bedroom apartment that features an open floor plan with combined living and dining areas, a kitchen and laundry area. Bruce appreciates the features that came with her apartment including the garbage disposal, ice maker and the bedroom closet with its built-in organizers. Her bay window overlooks the gazebo by the swimming pool.

Bruce has furnished her new home with the help of family and friends. "This is the nicest apartment complex I've lived in," she said. "It's a nice inexpensive place to live."

Cathy Bruce moved into Fairburn's Orchard Springs apartment community this past April. She'd been living in South Carolina, but after a series of illnesses left Bruce hospitalized, she and her family agreed it was time for her to move to the Atlanta area to be near her parents and sister.

When the weather warms up, Bruce expects to be spending time by the community pool. In the meantime, she attended April's resident party hosted by the management and found it a good way to meet some of her neighbors. "Everyone here is nice. Even if they're just passing, they'll stop to say 'hi'," she said. Resident activities are planned every month.

Orchard Springs is near I-85, but residents don't have to get on the interstate to get to take care of their daily errands. "Everything is right down the street - gas stations, fast food, Publix, Wal-Mart - everything's within a five mile radius," said Bruce.

In addition to the pool, Orchard Springs has tennis courts, a business center and a fitness center. "It's a gated community, and that makes me feel safe," said Bruce. "We have lots of families here but it's really quiet which is unusual for an apartment complex."
