5 East Apartments is an eco-friendly apartment community in Atlanta.

The water-scaped pool with sun deck is a popular amenity during the summer months.

5 East offers spacious and unique floorplans, with 9' Ceilings, Low-E windows, sun rooms in select units and a choice of three designer finish palettes.

5 East is a new, eco-oriented apartment community located in Atlanta.

Community amenities include a spacious club room with a full-demonstration chef's kitchen and plenty of seating for entertaining. Residents also have access to the Media Room with a gaming center.

A dividing wall separates the living and dining room areas from the bedroom, while giving the unit an open, flowing layout.

5 East features 1 and 2 bedroom units, with several floorplans to choose from. Its location is convenient to both the interstate and to MARTA, in addition to shopping areas.

If residents want to entertain outdoors, they can utilize the outdoor grilling and entertainment area. Need to walk off a big meal? Head to the community garden with walking paths for a leisurely stroll.

Bedrooms are spacious and feature plenty of natural light. All units are pre-wired for Internet, Cable and Wireless Security systems.

Bathrooms feature garden tubs and plenty of shelving and cabinet space.

Kitchens feature Energy Star appliances, custom cabinets and countertops and built-in microwaves.
