Photos: Watermelon truck makes for sticky Friday commute

A tractor-trailer overturned Friday morning in Clayton County, spilling thousands of pounds of watermelons onto the interstate. The crash happened on the I-75 northbound ramp to I-285 westbound shortly before 6 a.m. The “watermelon ramp” was re-opened within the hour. But the fruit is caused traffic delays in the area.
