Dodson told WGAL she saw something special about the $20 scratch-off that brought her a million.

"So I bought this ticket, and I'm gonna tell you why. Because it's a real pretty shade of purple," Dodson told the television station. "And I like that color."

"When I scratched off the bar code and scanned it, I saw a whole bunch more zeroes," Dodson told WGAL, adding she plans to use the money to pay bills and take trips to the Grand Canyon and Alaska.
