An Atlanta man is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who can help him bring his stolen puppy home.

In a Facebook post, Jared Mula said his dog JuJu was taken when someone stole his vehicle from the parking lot of a Whole Foods store in Buckhead Friday afternoon.

According to Atlanta police, Mula left the miniature golden doodle in his 2015 Range Rover outside the Whole Foods on West Paces Ferry Road Friday afternoon.

Mula said he left the car on to provide air conditioning for the dog, according to police. He said he took his key fob with him while he was in the store. However, when Mula returned, the vehicle was gone.

The vehicle was later found in south DeKalb County, Mula said. JuJu was not with it.

Atlanta police are investigating the incident.
