SUTTON, Julia Carpenter

Julia Carpenter Sutton, 76 of Marietta, died September 15, 2021. Mrs. Sutton was a native of Atlanta and graduated from Sandy Springs High School in 1963. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. Julia is survived by her daughters, Sheryl Banister (Todd), Melanie Sutton Markwalter (Michael); son, Greg Sutton (Amy); grandchildren, Kate and Emily Sutton, Joseph and David Banister. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Funeral Services will be Monday, September 20, 2021 at 10 o'clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd., NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
